Getting started with our drop-in session is easy. Simply check our class schedule online, pick a convenient time, and show up ready to sweat. Our experienced coaches will guide you through the workout, ensuring a challenging and rewarding experience.
Prior CrossFit experience is highly recommended before joining a drop-in session to fully enjoy and benefit from the workout. If this is your first time at a CrossFit gym we recommend booking a free No Sweat Intro first and one of our professional coaches will help you make the best decision about how to proceed in your fitness journey.
