CROSSFIT

CROSSFIT is a strength and conditioning program combining weightlifting, sprinting, rowing, gymnastics, powerlifting, and plyometrics to guarantee your fitness goals.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

HIIT BootCamp

High Intensity Interval Training. No barbells. Class is structured around physique building, functional fitness, and conditioning coupled with nutrition guidance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

VARSITY

VARSITY is a teen program designed to strengthen and condition athletes for any sport.  Training consists of CrossFit fundamental movements to complement sports training.  (ages 12-16)

Our Community Without our community, we would be just another place to workout.  We are a group of people with similar goals, work ethic, and dedication.  We train together, sweat together, work together… we are a family. The success of CrossFit is due to its dedicated community.  This is what makes CrossFit ValleyView different from other gyms in the area.  The second you walk in our doors you become part of our team.

Here are the classes we open to our community:

High School Purple Reign CrossFit – Every Wednesday

Community Class – First Saturday of the Month

Buddy Week – Twice a Year

Holidays – Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve

Instead of setting up on a machine and doing the same boring routine for 45 minutes, you walk into our doors to train with friends and fellow athletes.  And yes athletes… we consider all our members athletes no matter your experience or skill level. All training is structured in a class environment instructed by a trainer.  Classes are fun, challenging and rewarding.  All this helps in establishing optimal fitness through encouragement, motivation, and friendship.

Our Philosophy In gyms and health clubs throughout the world, the typical workout consists of isolation movements and extended aerobic sessions. At CrossFit ValleyView we work exclusively with compound movements and shorter, high-intensity cardiovascular sessions. Why? Because compound functional movements and high-intensity are radically more effective at eliciting nearly any desired fitness result. Our approach is consistent with what is practiced in elite training programs associated with major university athletic teams and professional sports.
